We offer half day and full day fishing packages for the sporting enthusiasts in your family.
Our off shore vessel is a beautiful 27' Contender boat powered by twin 200 horsepower Yamaha engines. This fishing machine makes for a smooth ride and an enjoyable trip! Our captain is a United States Coast Guard-approved master captain with twenty years of saltwater fishing experience in the teeming waters off of St. Simons Island, Jekyll Island, Sapelo Island, Blackbeard Island, and Sea Island.

August 23, 2010 The fish are like crappie or bream meat, good fried, baked, or saute’ed. They are a sweat meat and really don’t need much seasoning if any. I use a little butter, oil, and garlic on the ones I saute’.
Larry and two other guys went fishing about 4 hours and caught 23 of these spade fish. Most were around 8 pounds but two that they weighed were 10 pounds. They had the 250 quart cooler full, so that’s the reason they quit. They spent a couple of hours with all three of them filleting fish and he got home around 5 p.m. And the two other guys paid someone to clean the boat too. They went to 3 places to get jelly balls, but found plenty of them and the fish were right there with them. Larry brought only two home, I’m running out of space; but these today I vacuum packed. I’ve done trout that way and they are good done that way.
